I rebuilt the IT Intranet for a major financial services company and grew employee readership and engagement. New discussion and social features were important elements of this success.

After refining strategic communication goals with stakeholders, a series of focus groups and information card-sorts refined experience and taxonomy. Working agile prototypes were used over conceptual wireframes to define the release. Lessons learned included a sustainable content plan tied to audience engagement.
Designed ahead of a move to a new SharePoint Intranet platform, I grafted in SharePoint workflow into existing Java technologies. Use of cloud based crowdsourcing solutions assisted in the Information Architecture.
